Ty Poppy Direct Booking – Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair to both guests and our small business, allowing us to manage bookings with confidence while offering flexibility where possible.
Free Cancellation – Up to 28 Days Before Check-In
Cancellations made up to 28 days before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, minus any processing or bank fees.
No Refund – If Cancelled 7 Days Before Check-In
Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date are non-refundable, as a business Ty Poppy needs to ensure no loss to income. Should you request to rearrange another date, should your dates be available this can be arranged.
